Mike Munro

Executive Director
Michael Munro was the owner of the White Pines Golf Dome in Bensenville Illinois for 23 years During this time he provided free golf programs for thousands of underserved youths of Chicago. He has served on numerous not for profit Boards and for the last 10 years has been a board member of Maryville Academy.
Additionally, Mike was involved in a project to renovate a large abandoned apartment complex in in the Austin neighborhood which resulted in adding affordable housing units to local residents. It was Mike vision to focus on the youth he has served for many years and that led to the organization of AYC.
Mike holds an MBA in Finance from Illinois State University.
Colette Loesher

Chairperson
Colette Loesher is presently employed as a Managing Director/Commercial at Old Second National Bank. Prior to this position Ms. Loesher held several positions at ABC Bank (Austin Bank of Chicago) for 30 years, the last position was that of President/CEO. She has serviced the Austin community by providing loans, deposit services and by granting numerous donations and scholarships to other organizations.
She has served on several boards including the Board Chair of the former Tabitha House, a shelter for abused women and children in Austin.
